F.W. Gapp have been successfully trading as an independent family business in The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea since 1904.

Examples of our exclusive collaboration include a Suffolk client who simultaneously sold through us both their pied-à-terre in town and their cottage in the country in order to relocate overseas; also a London customer who has purchased a country house in mid-Suffolk, which is now a short term let through our Bury St. Edmunds office.

Certain London landlords have benefitted from back to back letting of their properties in West London and renting through us in Cambridgeshire and Suffolk while relocating to work in the area. Likewise Suffolk residents with London property have since profited by our presence in the Capital.

The highly influential and experienced team at F.W. Gapp have under management over a thousand properties - principally in and around Notting Hill, Kensington and Holland Park, while stretching across London to Bermondsey and beyond to include prime properties in Hertfordshire and Surrey. They have expertise in sales, block management and redevelopment in these locations.

F.W. Gapp began by acting as block property managers for institutional clients, such as Liverpool Victoria. Over the years, they have grown in stature with an ever-increasing portfolio, having expanded the range of services they offer. They became the first estate agency to branch into vehicle branding with the F.W. Gapp London Taxi, for prospective purchasers to view the finest townhouses and apartments from the comfort of this chauffeured car service; thus setting a trend for estate agents.

In the 1990s, F.W. Gapp started working directly with property developers, becoming involved with the management of a property from inception to completion. Development sites have ranged from mansion blocks to converted commercial properties all over London.
