Occupying an enviable position at the top of the high street overlooking the historic clock tower, Whatley Lane’s office of estate agents in Newmarket is easily accessible for all clients. Our large double fronted office in our historic 19th century building, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visiting clients.

13 High Street dates back to the early 19th century and has close ties to the horseracing fraternity of Newmarket as it was once the home of a renowned local saddler and holders of a Royal Warrant to HM The Queen: D. Gilbert & Sons.

The large elegant, curvaceous period shop windows are retained and provide a prominent display to showcase homes for sale and to rent across Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.

Getting to us is easy – from the A14 or A11, simply follow the main roads into the town centre and our office of estate agents in Newmarket is 50 metres from the clock tower. There are parking bays to the front along with a short stay car park 200 metres from the office.
